Terms for using Pazar Malta, a Malta and Gozo classifieds marketplace
Marketplace role
Pazar Malta provides a platform for users to publish and discover classifieds. It is not the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, employer, employee, payment processor, delivery company or escrow provider in user-to-user transactions.
Accurate listings
Only publish information you are entitled to share. Descriptions, prices, availability, ownership and condition must be accurate. Users are responsible for checking an item, property, vehicle, service or job before agreeing to a transaction.
Prohibited listings
Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or prohibited goods; weapons, controlled substances, unlawful services, fraudulent jobs, discriminatory offers, sexual services, personal-data lists or content that infringes another person’s rights. Scams, spam, harassment and impersonation are prohibited.
Payments and meetings
Pazar Malta does not currently collect marketplace payments or provide escrow. Agree payment and collection directly with the other user. Prefer public meeting places and avoid irreversible payments to people you do not trust.
Property, jobs and services
These listings are advertisements, not professional advice or verification. Users must follow applicable Maltese and EU law, licensing, employment, rental, tax and consumer rules.
Moderation
Listings, accounts or messages may be restricted or removed when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or platform integrity. Reports may be reviewed using information submitted by users.
Availability and limits
The service may change, experience outages or impose reasonable limits. Free pilot features and third-party quotas are not guaranteed to remain unlimited.
Marketplace listings are user-submitted. Verify important details independently before you pay, sign or travel.
