Terms for using the Pazar Malta classifieds marketplace.
Marketplace role
Pazar Malta provides advertising, discovery and messaging features. It is not automatically a party to user-to-user transactions and does not currently provide marketplace checkout, payment processing, delivery or escrow.
Age and account eligibility
Public marketplace pages may be browsed without an account. Pazar Malta accounts, listing publication and private messaging are intended only for people aged 18 or over. Pazar Malta uses an age declaration and does not collect a date of birth or identity document solely for this confirmation.
Geographic scope
Pazar Malta is currently designed and marketed primarily for listings, users and local transactions in Malta and Gozo. Technical availability from another country does not by itself mean that Pazar Malta actively targets that country. Expansion into additional markets should be preceded by a jurisdiction-specific legal and safety review.
Seller declaration
New and edited listings require the seller to declare Private seller or Trader / business seller. The declaration must be accurate and does not remove any legal duties that otherwise apply.
Lawful and accurate listings
Only publish information and images you are entitled to use. Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods and unlawful services are prohibited, as are scams, spam, harassment, impersonation, discriminatory unlawful offers and infringement of another person’s rights.
Consumer rights
Rights may differ depending on whether the seller is a trader or a private individual and on the type of transaction. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded by these terms.
Moderation and appeals
Pazar Malta may restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or platform integrity. Anyone may submit a specific illegal-content notice. Affected users may request review through the Moderation appeal support topic.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for their listings, communications and transactions. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Marketplace listings are user-submitted. Verify important details independently before you pay, sign or travel.
