Illegal and unsafe goods
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled where unlawful to sell, dangerous or prohibited goods are not allowed. Weapons, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, malicious software, stolen credentials or personal-data lists, human trafficking or exploitation, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, protected wildlife where trade is unlawful, sanctions-evading transactions and unlawful services are prohibited. Recalled or unsafe products must not be listed where sale or supply is unlawful.
Fraud and abuse
Scams, impersonation, spam, harassment, deceptive pricing, fraudulent jobs and attempts to obtain passwords, verification codes or payment-card data are prohibited.
Housing, jobs and services
Housing, employment and service offers must comply with applicable equality and anti-discrimination law. Fraudulent recruitment, pay-to-apply schemes and unlawful exclusionary criteria are prohibited.
Rights of others
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Intellectual-property, privacy, publicity and other legal rights must be respected.
